RENEWAL OF LINE OF CREDIT
Miami, Florida, September 24, 2001 -Advanced Electronic Support Products, Inc.
(NASDAQ: AESP and AESPW), announced today that its senior lender, Commercebank, N.A., have
extended the Company’s $4.0 million revolving line of credit for an additional year.
The Company’s line of credit, as amended, now matures on September 23, 2002.
Slav Stein, the Company’s President, stated: “We
are pleased to continue our working relationship with our senior lender. We believe that
our internally generated cash flow, along with available borrowings under our revolving
line of credit, will be sufficient to fund our current operations over the next
year.”

Signamax Connectivity Systems as well as customized solutions for original equipment
