AESP ANNOUNCES NOTIFICATION BY NASDAQ
OF REGAINED COMPLIANCE WITH LISTING STANDARDS

Miami, Florida, June 14, 2002 - Advanced Electronic Support Products, Inc (NASDAQ: AESP ) today announced that it has received a letter from The Nasdaq SmallCap Market that it has regained compliance with the NASDAQ SmallCap continued listing maintenance standards. As previously reported, on April 24, 2002 the Company received a letter from NASDAQ that as a consequence of its common stock having traded below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive trading days, it was not in compliance with NASDAQ's continued listing standards. On June 11, 2002, the Company received a second letter from NASDAQ that as a result of the closing bid price of the Company's common stock remaining at or over $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive trading days, the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ's continued listing maintenance standards.
